Sandgate District State High School P&C is made up of a friendly group of people who are always pleased to welcome new parents and community members. P & C meetings are held at 7pm on the 3rd Wednesday of each month in the staff common room above the tuckshop.

The function of the P&C is to provide a forum on the school and its operation and to provide the school and students with funds and amenities that are not provided by the Education Department.

The P&C is responsible for the tuckshop and second hand uniform shop. A contribution scheme is setup where donations can be made to the P&C to fund projects and items for the school. A tax deductible Building Fund is also available, which is to provide funds for major works for the school. All donations are gratefully received and can be made at the school office or directly to the P&C. A tax receipt will be issued for the building fund.
